Travelling to US on Visa Waiver
5 Answers
I have recently booked a trip to New York for in two weeks time. I was unaware at the time of the US stance on convictions. 5 years ago I had my car smashed up, had to buy a new one and whilst await documentation, foolishly used the the tax disc from my old car in my new one and got caught. I was convicted of fraud even though I owned the disc. What would be my chances of being caught if I go over? I'm a gent travelling alone in my mid 30's does this make me more likely to be stopped? What';s the worst that could happen?
