2/3 night break as wedding present

A few of us are chipping in to buy a wedding present for a couple who will both be marrying for the second time and have so far not planned on having a honeymoon! We would love to pay for a surprise weekend away for them. If flying then Cardiff is the prefered choice. Alternatively Bristol. Our budget is approx �250. We are looking for as stress free a break as possible so preferably with airport close to city centre so short taxi ride from hotel.
