Causion/security checks...

Foolishly... Last year I got a police causion for Possetion of a class A drug... Cocaine... I was a silly mistake and something that I don't make a habit of...
If i decided I wanted to train to become a teacher would this hold me back from getting the relevent security checks... what are the security checks?
Any help on this matter would be greatly received...

It would probably come back on an enhanced CRB check but it would be up to your chosed college/university whether they still accepted you for training or not and the school. By the way you might want to improve on your spelling before becoming a teacher.

yes you will have to declare if you dont you could also face another charge called obtain by pecunityty advantge which is far worse than the caution they will see it on your crb but its not a conviction so although any emploer can note it and take it into considerationu didnt have to attende court be honest
