HAS ANYONE GOT A CRIMNAL RECORD AND GOT INTO THE USA UNDER THE VISA WAIVER PROGRAMME? ME AND MY BOYFRIEND GOT TO NEW YORK IN 2 WEEKS AND HAVE ONLY JUST FOUND OUT HE NEEDS A VISA! ITS TO LATE TO APPLY WE HAVE TRIED. WE GO ON BOXING DAY. DO YOU THINK WE SHOULD CHANCE IT? has anyone been and got in ok? How do they actually no? Am pregnant as well so dont want to do the flight to come straight back home
