ABout Romania?

I live in the UK and i am thinking of going to Romania?I have heard it is a very cheap country and i was wondering how much would it cost to stay there for a week and how much would i need for food and travel expenses etc.Also do you have the Euro out there?Has anybody been there and if so could you please tell me what it is like and also what is the currency like etc.?

Have a look at Tripadvisor and see what people have to say. It is a very large country - are you planning to go to the coast - ie Constanza or somewhere or to see Dracula's castle in Transylvania?

I used to go regularly on business - we manufactured garments there - and didn't ilke the country very much. Bucharest was destroyed by Caucescu. He pulled down all the nice buildings and replaced them with some pretty horrible ones.

However I'm sure some parts of Romania are very attractive. Google some of the travel companies who go there and read up about it.
