I need to locate a feature in any rail magazine which details the changes in timetables when Arriva fully take over from Virgin, this should detail changes wef December 2008, as travelling to Wigan from Crewe is going to be more difficult!

Cross Country do not operate trains between Crewe and the north. This service remains with Virgin, who retained the Birmingham-Glasgow (via WCML) route.

Thanks for that, but I do need to locate the magazine feature where the changes were detailed, to support a work related issue!
I read an article about this but can't remember in which magazine - it might have been "Rail", "Rail Express" or "Modern Railways".
Whichever, the information contained in it came from here
