things to do in skegness
can anyone tell me what the shops and arcades are like in skegness we went to yarmouth last year and are thinking of skegness this year but only if there are loads of arcades and tacky gift shops. thanks

The area where the fire was is only a very small area so this should make no difference in your decision to visit or not. Plenty of nik nak shops or as my husband calls them crap shops, if you just go a couple of miles up the coast to Ingoldmells there is a very large seven days a week market at Eastgate Ingoldmells full of all teh things you seem to be looking for from a holiday.
it sounds like our kind of place we are thinking of staying at butlins and i know fantasy island is near to that and the plaesure beach would be on our agenda we went twice to yarmouth last year and didnt go on the beach at all it was all arcades shops and rides and clubs so skeggy sounds like it will fit the bill
