Not really a travel question
but I am trying to identify a building I took a photograph of in 2000. I was waiting to go into the Houses of Parliament when it's roof caught my eye. It has a mainly glass roof with bands of tiles coming down from the very showy chimneys to the walls, looking very like fingers. The many chimneys are round and very wide at the base. The overall effect is of beige(golden-ish) and black squares. Sorry the description is not very illustrative. Any ideas. I have 'googled' lots of sites for buildings, rooftops,Westminster, etc. but to no avail. In anticipation, Thank you.

It's where MPs have their offices. Architecture critics seem to hate it but I think it's quite striking
