Visa's in Egypt

Hi ya ,i'm traveling to Egypt in April and have heard that you need a visa on arrival ,is that true ?,or is it only required if your going to travel around Egypt .
Any advice would be great .

you definately do need a visa for Egypt.It'll cost you �10 and can be got when you arrive(costs you more in advance I believe!) Takes a bit of time and hassle so could your holiday rep get them for the group ours did when we last went and it saved us at least an hour(we went with Hayes and Jarvis that time) so it's worth asking your tour company
