Which Tenant?
2 Answers
I am renting out another house I have got at the moment and have had a couple of not so nice Tenants in the past couple of months - but I have learnt from it.
I advertised it in last nights Gazette, its a 2 bed house, large lounge, kitchen and small yard. It also has a converted attic that cant be used as a bedroom due to fire regulations but can be used for a snug (I used to have bean bags up there with playstations, TV, computer etc. Its a Terraced house in a street close to all amenities in town, cul de sac with only 5 terraced cottages on either side. Gas Central Heated, Double Glazing, and quite nicely furnished, leather sofas etc. It was new and tastefully decorated before Christmas. I keep the rent cheap (105 a week) because my mortgage on it is cheap (I bought it 6 years ago and lived in it myself for a year with my little girl). The Neighbours are great, however, about 700 meters away further up the road it gets a bit rough with flat land etc. I personally wouldnt want to live in that area again, but still, I keep the rent cheap so that lone parents, couples, workers etc can afford it. Its in the gay area of town so ideal for those who want to be pretty close to the town centre and all the gay clubs etc.
The phone never stopped ringing last night so much so that because I have advertised it for 3 days, I am going to have to take it out of the Gazette today. Last night I saw 3 people that I REALLY REALLY LIKED.
