Hi there, I have been offered the chance to swap my 1-bed council flat in Belsize Park, North London for a 2-bed in Vauxhall near the bus station (Langley Lane) I am not familiar with the area. Is it dodgy at night? As I work late. Although we need a 2-bed as my 13 year old step-daughters have come to live with us and we desperately need more space!
