It's not quite clear what your asking, but the ferry company Transmediterranea have a service from Malaga to Melilla, an Spanish enclave in Morocco; this run takes about 7 hours.
A service direct to Tangier in Morocco runs from Algeciras, near Gibraltar, to the west of Malaga; this crossing takes only 2�.
