New Madonna song?

while i was at Heathrow airport, I saw on a screen a madonna video. i could faintly here the song and it sounded like britney's everytime. the video seemed to be recent and it almost seemed to be a spoof, as it had her getting out of a limo into a group of journalists and then into a building where she stormed through, then into a bar or something where she sat on a sofa while people looked at her with morphed faces. Is it a new song? Whats it called? Is it a spoof for a tv program? Can anybody help me?

The song is Drowned world/Substitute for love. Its not recent it is from the Ray of Light cd. Great song though.
