Hope someone can help here.
I have had my car off the road in the UK and declared it as such. I had arranged
a low loader to move the car abroad, and this was carried out, Unfortunately due to family bereavement I did not arrange for relevant paperwork from DVLA saying car had left the UK. I am now panicking needless to say. Can I apply for retrospective paperwork. The car has NOT been on the road, and is currently still off the road in Spain. Where do I go from here. Any help would be appreciated.
