Time Share
I sold my Time Share about 4 years ago and although I am on ex-directory I still am getting Time Share Buyers ringing me up virtually every evening asking if I would like to sell mine to them. I am forever asking them to not ring me again and delete my name off their computer but to no avail. What can I do to stop these people? How did they get my number in the first place?

I do not wish to be contacted by your company for the purposes of marketing, and furthermore, under Section 10 of the Data Protection Act, I demand you stop processing my data and delete it from your records as processing is causing me unwarranted distress by violating my right to privacy as enshrined in Article 8 of the Human Rights Act 1998.
