Motorway slip road traffic lights

Evening all

I had the misfortune to follow a lorry through some lights on the slip road onto the m5 at junction 2 going towards West Brom. The lights only stayed green for a couple of seconds and as I got level with them i noticed they had already changed to red! are there any cameras positioned on these lights or indeed any slip road lights onto motorways? I know they only come on when the traffic is heavy, but do i have 3 points heading my way??

Ooooh i hate that, i got flashed by speed camera on a slip road that was supposed to be 60 but down to 30 for roadworks (even though there was no work getting done!) I waited for a few weeks thinkin i was gonna get a letter and a fine anyday, but thankfully i didnt. Hope your as lucky!!
