I would like to tour the Highlands, what are the 'must see' destinations please ?

Hi druiaghtagh, depends on how long you've got and how you're travelling. Inverness is your best base and from there you can see Loch Ness, Culloden, the Black Isle all on one day by car if you're in a rush. Up to the west coast and the Five Sisters of Kintail, Skye, Applecross, Inverewe but not all in one day. The tourist office in Inverness will have itinaries and maps and most B&B's should have tourist leaflets. It's beautiful but remember if you're travelling outside of Inverness there are few good roads and some are single track which will slow you down. Enjoy your holiday and remeber your midge repellant!
