Hi, I know this seems a random question, but my folks live in Bulgaria and drive back to uk through Romania, Hungry,Germany,Belgium France.. they have been told that they are not allowed to transport flowers, seeds and plants through certain countries and was wondering if this is the case as my mum has plants etc that she would like to take over to Bulgaria.. Can anyone help me answer this query??
Thanks for any help
