Air Tours are now part of Thos, Cook. Has anyone else had the same problem as me? You can NEVER reach them on the telephone. They leave you waiting for ages saying they are busy !! I tried e-mailing them but they just ignore me !! I SHALL NEVER TRAVEL WITH THEM AGAIN,

I'm with you on that one. We booked through them a couple of years ago and it was terrible from the start to the finish. Never again.
