Amber had stitches out this morning, less the two she took out herself.!!!!!!!! and it has healed lovely and clean. Now have to watch her to make sure she doesnt go down very quickly again, Also watch for white gums. That will tell me her spleen has burst, Saw a different vet today, very very young.! and that is what he said. Great comfort but will have to just take it from here I suppose. Amber sends her love and woofs to her other dog friends and thanks them for being there for her. And I send ditto to all their mummys. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Morning lilacben! I popped onto Pets and was just about to scroll down and get to the 2nd page to find your original posting. I needn't bother now! Pleased to hear Amber is making a good recovery, and that she has even been helping the process ;)

Can I just say, what a gorgeous pair! How very adorable. They should be doggy models ;)

they are both beautiful glad her wound has healed nicely i hate seeing a young vet they seem to go for the worst case senario when cassie had anal gland problems he told me it might not be an abcess it could be a fast growing cancer thankfully it wasnt but he frightened the life out of me why dont you phone up and have a chat with your own vet and see what he says ,he might not be quite so full of gloom and doom lots of love to you all ruth and cassie
