Is there anyway of stopping balck clothes from fading?
Or bringing them back to black after they have faded?! Other than dying them?
I'm so fed up of them going old looking quickly!

A cap of vinegar in ur wash it stops clothes from fading and running it's colour, also clold water reduces fading.

Really? Just normal white vinegar?
always turn clothes inside out & hand or quick wash on a low temperature. If you hang them outside to dry again they must be inside out & if possible out of direct sun , especially in summer.
bit obvious, but use colour washing powder/tablets/liquid

normal powders have bleach in them so they will fade blacks within a few washes.
not sure on the type of vinegar, just been told that it works some time ago.

Lets hope you dont end up smelling like a bag of chips!
