I'm not sure there's any one unique route, but the following seems a possibility - UK, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia. Another route would go more southerly, via France, Italy, Greece, Egypt, Saudi & Dubai.
