Does anyone else thinking that taking a trip around the world at 25, with no career firmly in place, a little hedonistic? What about a career in travelling?..........laziness, hedonistic or a bloody good idea that more people wish they could do.

I settled down to young, had a family and now I have problems making ends meet. Don't get me wrong I don't regret having a family, but I wish I'd had the chance to see a little of the world before I did. Go for it. A friend of mine did when he was in his early twenties. He has a family now and a good job and some wonderful stories of his adventures that he can tell the kids.
Put it this way the chance of you doing it later are much smaller than your chance to do it now. Go for it I say. Definatly not my cup of tea but if its yours go for it.
yeah, whatever floats your boat.....go for it. Why not? Your life, your choice. Surely better to do it, than not do it and have it filed under 'things I wish I'd done' for the rest of your life?? I'm with WoWo tho...not my cup of tea at all.
