asbo...restrictions

hi, i hope that you can help me.... in past questions i have had problems with my teenage daughter seeing a scum bag!! well she has since moved in with him, he has done a spell in juvenile detention and now has an asbo (sweet boy)...i hear all sorts of things about drug related crimes that he may or may not be up to... but even though she has broken our hearts i am still concerned about my daughter... i have just heard that they are planning a trip to amsterdam!! now as you can understand my alrm bells are ringing.. i hope he is going on a drugs run and gets haulled off the streets again but i realy am concerned about my daughter going the same way....anyway the point is that in february he was given a 2 years asbo...is he allowed to travel abroard? or is it only the states that have these restrictions?...please help..mandy -x-
