Programmes on moving to New Zealand

I will most likely be going to New Zealand next year. I heard there was a bbc programme on called 'Get a New life' by Paul Goddard. I wondered if someone could tell me how I could access this? I heard it was possible to access things that had been on the bbc through the internet. Or if not this are there any other programmes which can be downloaded along the lines of this topic. Thanks
