is it ok to have all vaccinations neccessary for our cruise around the carribean and brazil all at once and five weeks before

yes, im going into the amazon and all over s.america so needed a lot of vaccinations and i had them all at once less than 5 weeks before. Generally 3 weeks is enough to build up the immunity.
