I stayed just round the corner from the EasyHotel and I can assure you that you'll have no problem finding somewhere to eat; the location is really central.
I stayed above a nice Italian restaurant, which might be of interest to you. Turn left out of the EasyHotel and then 1st left (along the side of the hotel), into Bute Street. The restaurant is a short way along, on the right-hand side of the road.
There are plenty of pubs in the area but I'm not sure which ones will be serving food at 9pm. However, the Wetherspoon's group is always a safe bet for getting food well into the evening. The White House (which is branded as part of their Lloyd's No 1 chain) is on Bridge Street. Simply turn right out of the EasyHotel and take the first turning on your left. (The bar is open until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays, and until 1am on other nights. Most Wetherspoon's outlets serve food up until an hour before closing).
If you don't fancy the White House, there are plenty of other pubs and food outlets in the area. You certainly won't starve!
