Looking for a hotel in Paris

Can anyone recommend a nice hotel in Paris? On the websites they all look gorgeous but the reviews from past visitors are mostly negative.

I am looking for one near to any of the main attractions, upto �120 a night and I'd like it to have a nice / romantic feel (some of them are a bit 'shabby chic'!) as I'm taking my boyfriend for his birthday in May as a surprise.

I've just had a look on tripadvisor.com and for the price you're looking at there's a good hotel ; Hotel Valadon near the Eiffel Tower. have a look yourself and read all the good commentaries. Unfortunately, �120 is now only about 130� so it won't be easy finding a really good hotel at that price.

There are many hotels in the Paris where you can enjoy When I was gone. As you asked I did it before going one of my friends told me about Hotelly.com.
