Switzerland

My boyfriend is off to Swizterland on his motorbike this weekend.  He's catching the ferry to France and then by bike onto Switzerland.  Do any of you AB's know of anywhere in Switzerland or on route then he should not miss?  He wants loads of good scenery and gorgeous long and winding roads to really open her up.  Any ideas?

I certainly wouldn't 'open her up' on a road I'd never travelled before.

He organises biking holidays abroad as well as having his own training school - hence he needs to find the best route to go with the best roads for biking.  So any advice on destinations would come in useful.
