singles holiday

hello all, Has anyone been on a singles holiday? Any recommendations? I greatly fancy a med cruise, but the single supplement makes it too expensive.I am a widower of three years, I went to tenerife on my first holiday on my own last year. The weather and hotel were fantastic but so lonely I ended up chatting to the timeshare sellers!!! Thanks in advance for any suggestions. rem.

I have never been on a singles holiday, but I think there are quite a few companies that do them. If you are over 50 Saga do holidays all over the place, and you do not have to be an fogie to enjoy it. Lots of other people to talk to, and plenty to tell people when you get back.
