A bargain Outwell tent - Maine L (�125) RRP �349

Okay so I have only been camping a couple of times and am looking to buy one this year and saw this bargain at Millets but as I really have no idea what I am looking for...........has anyone got this tent? I saw on a mums site the same question posted last year and it looks like the tent is still at this offer price so I am a little wary..................your advice please..... thank you.

What ever you do/buy - make sure you are able to STAND UP inside the main part of tent so you can get dressed etc comfortably

Hi - We can't help you with an answer - as we are at the same point as you and thinking about buying this tent. Just wondering if you bought it and if so would you recommend it for a family of 4 ?? Also - where did you see it at �125 ??? The best deal we can find in the Millets online price @ �249.99

No didnt buy it as it sold out! I spent hours scouring the web and in the end we went to big camping shop where they have lots of tents on display, lots to consider depending on your needs and how long you will camp for - week or just weekends. I reckon your best bet is to go to a camp shop and speak to pro, or borrow one and see how you get on perhaps..... My sister goes lots so has given me this advice. Best to get a double skin if in this country, head room a must for me, also storage space and canopy good as doubles up as kitchen, some people take a gazebo for this purpose but alot of sites wont allow them! If they do they charge extra space, check your tent size too as big tents work out expensive on pitch size! Cant think what else my sister said........hope this helps! Good luck!
