>produced by money grabbing professionals,
I notice you have adverts on the site.
If you were trying to be so helpful why the need for the adverts if not to make money?.
>It has been produced for the enjoyment and benefit of all.
You have chosen to promote this site on answerbank (which I think is against the rules anyway).
If you promote a web site you have to expect people to comment on it, the same as if you send a novel you have written to a publisher.
There is not getting away from it, this is a very badly built site.
There are plenty of books aroound about how to built good web sites so why not read a few before promoting your site.
One main rule for web site design is try to get a consistant look and feel.
Use consistant fonts, dont use different colors all over the place, make your text and icons readable (the text over those hearts is terrible).
You have an advert in the top left for "Direct Marketing and Sales" and I cant even read the web site name at he bottom.
The "title" of your home page is "Template". If I add your web site to my favorites all I get is the word "Template".
Part way down the page you have a section Splash Images, but you have three football badges, and a single picture of the seaside, that just look so awful together.
NEVER promote a site that has "under construction" on it, it looks so amaterish.
This site is just so badly designed it is not true.
I am not sure how you have the nerve to defend it.
