A friend told me there is an unused rail line from Finsbury Park to Highgate or Crouch End which serves as a great walking path. (this friend has now left the country!). Does anyone know where I can enter this line at Finsbury Park or any info at all so I can go do it!?

I have to say often this site is not needed and all that is needed is a quick search in Google.

I just did a search in Google for "Crouch End Railway Walk" (which you could easily have done).

The first hit was

http://www.derelictlondon.com/id638.htm

The second was

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parkland_Walk
