is there such a thing as a website where i can see what cheap flights are left on a certain date? all the websites i have found want you to specify a certain destination, but i just want to see whats cheap at the last minute and go!

Try www.skyscanner.net. You enter your departure and arrival airports (either by city or country) and then choose your month of travel. The site will then go away and find you the cheapest fares.
