does anyone know of any websites where i can find unusual accommodation/holidays? am sick of looking at the same package holidays and want something different!

When I was in Switzerland a couple of years ago and staying near Interlaken, we came across a very small village, no cars allowed and you could sleep in hay. The price per night was something like �10 which included breakfast and a shower.
If you're interested I can find out the name of the village
