a reasonable 23degrees is forcast and I have packed my ambre solaire and sunhat! I am staying with a friend that i have not met up with since 1979, we were at school together and lost touch via post and phone in the early 1980s, we have only been back in touch over the last few months. She lives in a house overlooking the sea, in quite a remote spot, I am so looking forward to the solitude and being able to walk out of her garden onto the beach!!! I am taking another old school pal with me and we intend to get very very very happily ratted and possibly go skinny dipping like we did in 1974 in Torremolinos.
Have i sold anybody the weekend yet or does it sound very self indulgent? lol (you're not coming with us even if it sounds like a perfect weekend lol)

lol angel, they're nicer than a few numpties we get on here! The friend in cumbria's husband was a dollar millionaire in 1984, he's got a helicopter I believe, but she is still a proper down to earth Lancashire Lass judging by her phone calls and emails. I think she feels isoltaed up there though as the house is on it's own (apart from they own the pub next door) and so she decided to get back in touch with people she could rely on i think.
