One assumes you have been phoned up and told you have won a holiday in a competition you never entered.

Of course it is genuine, many companies get rich giving away free holidays.

On the other hand it may be a time share company expecting you to stay at their time share complex and be nagged all day to buy their time shares.

Or it may be the "holiday" that is free but you have to pay some other cost like the flights. Often the flights are from out of the way airports (fly out from Aberdeen, fly back to Plymouth) or at strange times.

If it looks to good to be true it probably is.
I assume it is these people

Note the FAQ page:

They are coach holiday

Q) Is Food Included?

A) No food is included but we do offer half board as an optional supplement.

Q) Do I have to pay anything extra?

A) You are not obliged to pay for anything extra. We will make available to guests optional services such as a meal plan, peak season supplements, pick up supplements as well as a full excursion schedule for most days during the tour.

So by the time you pay for your food, your peak season supplement, your pick up supplement, and your excursion cost it will be interesting to see how much this "free" holiday costs.

It's the old saying - if it looks too good to be true, then it will be.
