strange story in St David's, Pembrokeshire

In the High Street in St David's there is a premises of a Divine Healer. The windows are full of posters and clippings and he seems to be alleging the police and National Park are either trying to throw people off land or poisoning people. I couldn't stand and stare for long enough to really get the gist if it and have drawn a complete blank on the net. Does anyone know what it's all about?

It looks as if he is a harmless eccentric?

Thanks Mr Veritas. I'd seen the geograph picture and believe me, the posters and cuttings have proliferated since then! You are probably right about him being eccentric, but I was intrigued..
