extend a visa

My sister's boyfriend is Morrocan but he lives in Gran Canaria. They have recently had a baby so her boyfriend was granted a 6 month visiting visa but this is due to run out on the 3rd december. They are all currently back in Gran Canaria but my sister is due to come back on the 8th december, he wasnted to travel back with her to spend christmas with our family and the baby, but his visa will need extending  how can we go about it and get it by the 8th so he can fly back with my sister.
