looking for reasonably priced eating places in prague square please

I was there last year and can't remember any. What I can remember is that they were all more expensive the nearer you got to the square; so I always ate a couple of blocks away. The food was fine, and cheaper.

Try the back room at The Konvict. It's off the main toursit drag so is reasonably priced with good food and local people. I used Country Life for lunches on a few occasions. Vegetarian but tasty and cheap.

there are plenty of side street eating places that are a lot cheaper than in the square.
