Hello, I know nothing about computers and I need help, we have two very slow computers and I need more memory I think.

Potentially I have lots of programmes running that don't need but as I have no experience I wouldn't be able to tell from startup what stuff is needed and what stuff isn't.

On my task manager is says:

Physical memory (K)
Total 522224
Available 90000
System Cache 70000 aprox

Kernel Memory (K)
Total 38728
Paged 29176
Nonpaged 9552

Anway this guy came round to my office weeks ago in passing he said I need more memory RAM i think and i could buy it and slot it in, he showed me where it went in the tower and he said there was a website you go to and it tells you how much RAM u need? I have forgotten the website.

Can anyone help please.
