Kelly, best way in future to get this kind of specialist stuff is on a specialist website like Trip Advisor UK, because the probability of anyone or more ABers having been to this specific hotel is pretty small.
Trip Advisor has its faults and one needs several review postings to be sure that the Manager and his staff aren't stuffing bogus info into the website.
