In about 2004, a Channel 4 programme on the best places to buy abroad claimed that if you invested £100,000 in property in Krakow, Poland, then it'd be worth £500,000 within 10 years. Have any of you or anyone you know bought flats in Krakow in recent years and, if so, how is their value now compared to when you bought, and how badly has property there been hit by the recession?
