Have booked holiday ...however lots of revies latley have slated the hotel. Am I able to change my board or hotel. Where do I stand ...what options do I legally have. TIA

Assuming you have booked a package holiday then you are bound by the tour operator's T&C which will detail the charges for changing.

Looking at a brochure I happen to have to hand it's £40 a head but other operators will vary.

It's best to read reviews BEFORE booking.

the revies were positive before I booked which was way back in Aug....only recently they seem to have gone down hill ...what can you do hey !!
If you've booked through an agent tell them this and usually they just transfer you to another hotel so long as there's a few months between now and your arrival date. There are cancellation policies with insurances so changing hotels at least a month before arrival shouldn't cause any problems.
