You would need to change somewhere, but from London the quickest route would be to fly to Cairo (5 hours) then on to Luxor (1 hour).

There are surely direct charter flights to Luxor but spring99, it would be useful to know where you are flying from. Are you in the UK?

I stand corrected, Egyptair fly direct from Heathrow. It takes 5h.
