BA crew to strike as talks fail
A strike by British Airways cabin crew will go ahead after talks between the airline and the Unite union collapsed.
Last time I flew with them the plane was dirty, the time before grumpy service. Maybe its time to let BA die and get people in to provide some service?

If they did fold, there are plenty of other airlines that could take over the routes and the precious landing slots.
Having said that, my experience of flying BA has been mostly pleasant and I've even been given a couple of upgrades without asking.

Who is actually going to LET them go bust? The government doesn't have much of a say (well none actually) and BA management are certainly not in that business. OK they might mishandle things to the extent it does, but that's not 'letting' it happen, that's incompetence. Their remit is a viable airline, not to close it down out of spite
