With the announcement of another ash cloud heading over do you think I stand any hope of flying on my honeymoon on Monday to the Maldives?
Also if we don't and cannot rebook will we get a full refund? Can't get hold of Kuoni and this is the most expensive holiday ever! Been saving for years! :-(

Positive answers only please! ;-)

Well, it's good news for air travel. All UK airports are open again from 10.00pm this evening, so that allows plenty of time for normal schedules to resume in time for your trip.

You shouldn't have any problems!

Yes I booked the full package through a Kuoni agent so guess we should be OK. We'll just have to hope the flights get moving now and the airports stay open!
Thanks
In my experience though, Kuoni are an excellent travel company, and I believe an award-winning one, too. A few years ago, the family and I booked a holiday to Thailand. After it had all been booked a paid for, Kuoni told us that the economy class cabin had been oversold. Their solution was to put upgrade four of us at no additional cost.

When things go pear-shaped with Kuoni though, they go above and beyond to put things right.

Have a good trip!
I was told Insurance doesnt cover acts of god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even if you dont believe in god!
hope everything goes well on monday for you both ,have a great holiday xx
Fingers crossed that the flights will have caught up, so many people coming home by other methods - have a brilliant time (we'll look forward to the photos!).
