Has anyone here taken a wedding holiday or honeymoon in Fiji? If so, did it meet your expectations and where did you book it/who did you book with?

If not, would you consider a Fiji wedding and why/why not?

Thanks in advance

can't comment on whether it's a good place or not to get married but I can say that Fiji is by far the (genuinely) friendliest and most laid-back place I have ever had the pleasure to visit.  I would certainly consider a honeymoon there.

Funnily enough I was chatting to the girl in the travel agents yesterday and she said her sister just went to Fiji on honeymoon.

Apparently she was there for 5 days and she said although it was very beautiful, there was nothing to do and they got bored.

So it sounds great if you just want to spend time with each other :-)

But if you are more into activities and stuff then perhaps it's not the place for you.

Only reason I got onto the subject, is that I am hoping to emigrate there!

Good luck
