Weather in Krakow

I am of to Poland Thursday - I know they have recently had floods I want to go with hand luggage only so does anyone know is it raincoat and wellies T Shirt and jeans or what?
Also I am going alone how much is it to eat out and do they do takeaways?

it's quite inexpensive to eat there, esp compared to home, and yes you'll find food to take out,

You'll also spot that Krakow has lovely architecture (in the old town), great bakeries, and frankly the most attractive population I have ever seen.
Oh - take note that the narrow grassy park that encircles the old town does unfortunately draw quite a few beggars etc but you shouldn't be bothered too much.
