Flight departure time was changed after booking. I only saw the change by sheer chance. It changed 4 days ago and still no email (email address was and is still correct and checked many times a day)

What can you do?

Absolutely nothing. Changed one of mine twice and cut short what was supposed to be a weekend break. They cover themselves in their standard conditions and don't bother responding to complaints. I've decided to take future business elsewhere.

Did they email you? They make a big song and dance about having the email, I thought precisely to let you know the minute any changes were made.

At least then you could make some arrangements etc?

Anyone else received emails re: flight times etc (not marketing emails - which seem to come with great regularity!)?

Forget it - what you gain in cheap fares from a low cost carrier, you lose in any recompense for cancelled, changed or delayed flights.

Their small print will have it all in black and white sadly !

I have flown with them hundreds of times and have no intention to stop but was wondering whether they normally email their passengers. Otherwise if they can let you know and prefer not to aren't they asking for trouble from pi**ed off customers who have missed their flights?

I know all their other tricks and can deal with them but this one where you might never be sure of the correct flight time is a tricky one!
